Camp Northland and Torah High had it’s very first summer together! While participants trained as councillors on a Leadership program, they also had a chance gain Jewish knowledge and gain a High School credit.

A Jewish camp has the advantage of being able to teach kids about their heritage through interactive, enjoyable, and memorable actives. Games, cooking, discussing ethical dilemmas, answering questions and even sports are all different ways we teach the campers about Jewish values and ethics.

Between such learning topics as Shabbat Programming, Customs & Traditions, Israel Education and a Leadership Course, the 500 campers gained a well-rounded Jewish experience and an unforgettable one at that.

The daily Torah High course focused on preparing future leaders in camp and the Jewish community at large. We focused on different aspects of leadership and Jewish ethics.
