NCSY’s new Montreal Director Devorah Tanny has shattered all summer program recruitment records in NCSY Montreal with over 35 applicants to NCSY summer programs signed up this fall.  Devora continues to build programming infrastructure in NCSY Montreal, with clubs, learning programs, and shabbaton experiences reaching out to dozens of Jewish teens in Montreal.
