Salade Cuite/ Matbucha

Ingredients:

10 tomatoes, peeled and cubed

1 green pepper

3 cloves garlic chopped

2 jalapenos

½ cup oil

 

Directions:

Place these in pan, and cook down on medium heat.

Add

4 tbsp. paprika

2 tsp. salt

1 tbsp. garlic powder

2 tbsp. sugar

Cook for 3hrs on low heat, stirring occasionally. Freezes well
