NCSY is pleased to announce the appointment of Orna Serruya as Chair of their Women’s Division. Orna has undertaken to raise the profile of Torah High in the community and take a key lay leadership role in fundraising and marketing. Orna’s daughter was a participant in this past summer’s TJJ Israel program, and Orna had an opportunity to spend some time with all of NCSY’s summer participants at Yom NCSY in Israel. The impact the program had on her daughter has reinforced and reignited Orna’s passion for NCSY, as she has been a supporter for years, and she is excited about taking on this new role. “NCSY is about the Jewish future. That means empowering Jewish teens to be exemplars of Jewish values. That means giving them the tools to live meaningful Jewish lives, and raise proud Jewish families.”
