Hi, my name is Bernie Moskoff, otherwise known as “Rabbi B,” Director of Advanced Learning.

My family moved to King City, Ontario, from Toronto when I was nine. I played the role as the lone Jew in my public school until bar-mitzvah. Following that stint, I attended Ner Israel Yeshiva College for high school, spent two additional years studying in Israel, graduated in business at York U & received smicha from Rav Z. N. Goldberg in Jerusalem.

My wife Michal and I happily maintain an “open-house policy” and welcome you for Shabbos meals and learning.  We realize that you really come to play with the kids.“We’re just an adjunct to the kids as we happen to live in the house”!

Let’s grab a latte (on the Rabbi).  Feel free to ring me anytime 24/6 at 416.400.9019 or b@ncsy.ca

Hi, I’m Rabbi Shlomo and I grew up in Brooklyn, New York, where my passion for connecting with fellow Jews first developed. After I got married, I studied in Israel and received my rabbinic ordination from The Jerusalem Kollel. I love sports, connecting with people, the outdoors, learning, and teaching. This past year, I taught in Torah High, and this coming year, my wife and I are excited to be working as the outreach coordinators  for NCSY Toronto.

I would love to get to know you. Please contact me at sblackman@ncsy.ca

Hi, I’m Matti Blackman, and I am working, together with my awesome husband,  as an outreach coordinator for NCSY Toronto. I received my Masters in Jewish education and administration through Yeshiva University’s Azrieli program, and I am also a certified massage therapist and  Zumba instructor. My husband and I came to Toronto with plans of recreating our home in Israel where we had lots of teens hanging out all the time. Please make us feel at home and come over for some good food and fun.
