UNITED RESILIENCE
NCSY, in partnership with RecoverInHome.com, is offering a 12-week virtual course designed to equip students (age 16+) and families with essential tools and resources to effectively combat antisemitism. Led by licensed mental health professionals, this program will provide valuable insights on resilience, mental well-being, and strategies for responding to antisemitic incidents in both online and real-life environments.
The course will be offered Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7:30-8:30 with one evening being dedicated to families together and the other evening being dedicated to just students. Thanks to the generous support of a community sponsor, the course is being offered free of charge.
Join us to gain knowledge, support, and the skills needed to stand strong against antisemitism. Sessions will also serve as group therapy support facilitated by experts in Stress Therapy treatment for teens, young adults and their families.
